I’ve been studying organisations for 25 years, with hands-on experience of launching and nurturing many companies in both startup and scaleup phase. Throughout my career, I've been involved in every aspect of business development, with a strong focus on commercialisation, strategy, and operations. Over time I’ve developed a sharp understanding of what gives companies natural accelerant, and what holds them back.

As a pioneer in the startup ecosystem, I’ve worked with some of Australia’s highest profile and most successful exports and have consistently embraced innovation and pushed the boundaries of what's possible. From the early days of the dot-com boom to the present era of disruptive technologies, I've been at the forefront of industry shifts, leading many sectors through digital transformation.

As a global community, we have serious challenges to work through and my mission is to leverage my extensive experience and insights to help bring great innovations to life.
